Here’s a novel idea. If there’s something you want your customers to do or help you with – say a sustainability effort. Ask them for help in determining what they are and are not willing to do in order to consume more responsibly.

Depending on your industry, crowdsourcing can be a four-letter word. However, savvy marketers are using social media platforms and accessibility to customers online to help draw out sustainable actions their customers will get behind and support – for the long haul.
